Engagement Models
Two ways to work together.
Most work is fixed-price and project-based. A few times a year we go deeper and partner with equity in the outcome. Both start the same way.
Where every engagement starts
The AI ROI Assessment
Before any deal structure, we spend a few days inside how your business runs and come back with a short list: where AI pays, what it costs, what it returns, and what to skip. You keep that list whether or not we build anything together. The model comes after, once we both know there is real work worth doing.
Fee-for-Service
Project-based work with a fixed price and clear deliverables.
Who it is for
Most clients. You have a problem worth solving and want it built, handed off, and running without you.
How it works
- Scoped after the AI ROI Assessment, with the price quoted before any build begins
- A plain-English plan: what we build, what it connects to, what it costs, how long it takes
- You see progress every week and own everything at the end
- Your team is trained and the work is documented in language humans understand
How we are paid
A fixed project fee. No open-ended retainer to implement our own recommendations.
Most engagements end at handoff. That is a win, not a lost account.
Growth Partnership
An equity-based, long-term partnership with a business we believe in.
Who it is for
A few businesses a year, by invitation. Real potential, and a fit on both sides.
How it works
- A long-term embedded technology partnership, not a one-off project
- Ongoing strategic technology support as the business grows
- Marketing and digital presence development, plus our network and cross-referrals
- AI product integration and revenue-operations work over time
How we are paid
Tied to outcomes through equity or a growth-based arrangement. Real skin in the game.
It does not end at handoff. We grow with you.
Not sure which fits? Start with the assessment. The right structure becomes obvious once we see the work.
