About
We've done this before. A lot.
Twenty years of building technology for businesses of every size and shape. Now we use smart tools to deliver what used to take months, in weeks. And sometimes, we invest in the businesses we believe in.
Why we started this
The consulting industry has a problem. Most firms show up, deliver a strategy presentation, and then bill you monthly to implement what they recommended. By the time anything ships, the world has moved on.
We started Next Wave Harbor because we saw a gap. Intelligent tools have made it possible to deliver in weeks what traditional firms take months to do. Websites, automations, operational overhauls, all of it moves faster now. But most businesses do not know where to start, and most consultants are not incentivized to work this fast.
We are not a pure consultancy. We build, invest in, and operate businesses ourselves. That is why our advice comes from experience, not theory. We only recommend what we would actually spend our own money on.
We call it the force multiplier effect. The same thinking tools that let a small team output like a big one? We use those to deliver for our clients. Faster timelines. Lower costs. And when a business has real potential, we do not just build for it, we partner with it.
But we are not hype people. We use smart automation where it works and human judgment where it matters. The hard decisions, what to build, what to skip, how to roll it out without breaking things, that takes experience. And we have plenty.

What we believe
Outcomes over outputs
We measure success by what changed in your business, not by how many hours we billed.
Partners, not vendors
The best relationships are not transactional. When we believe in a business, we invest, with our time, our tools, and sometimes our capital.
Simplicity over sophistication
We build things your team can understand, maintain, and extend without a PhD.
Fast but not reckless
Smart tools let us move fast. Experience keeps us from moving stupid.
Let's see if we're the right fit
