Why Next Wave Harbor exists
Technology consulting has a problem: too many firms deliver decks instead of results, and too many engagements create dependency instead of capability.
Next Wave Harbor was founded on a different premise. We believe that the best engagements leave organizations stronger - not just with better systems, but with teams that understand why the systems work and can evolve them independently.
We also believe that modern tooling, particularly AI-assisted analysis, has fundamentally changed what's possible in technology consulting. Discovery that used to take months can now happen in weeks. Pattern recognition that required armies of analysts can be accelerated with the right prompts and processes.
But we're careful about this: AI accelerates discovery, not judgment. The hard decisions - the architecture trade-offs, the organizational changes, the priorities that determine success - those require human experience and context that no model can replicate.
